Shipping
Most orders ship within a few days of placing the order, never taking longer than 7 days from the time of the order unless otherwise notified. We deliver to the entire world. Please be aware it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs and import fees and/or charges that could apply to your package. We strive to keep shipping prices to a minimum and only charge the actual price of the label. Sovereign Prints is based in the U.S. for the purpose of understanding shipping prices.
Returns
Every item sent to you is made special for just your order. As such no normal returns on items are available. It is not an ordinary circumstance that you will have any issue with your order. However, if there is anything wrong with your order at all please contact us and we will make it right for you!
Quality
We have a singular expert production operator who has an obsession for quality. Our artisan handles every piece of your order by hand, from digital layout to final physical model. We produce models slowly, at the smallest layer heights possible for the purposes of extreme quality. We strive to go above and beyond what any other supplier can for the sake of excellence. 3D Printing is often associated with layer lines, support marks and other common defects that show in the printing process. This is not an issue at Sovereign Prints, we operate as craftsmen, not a factory. You should expect only the best details on your models.
Resin
Our models are produced in a custom mixed photopolymer resin that is more flexible and durable than other common in use resins. This makes them more suitable to being handled, as in use with tabletop gaming. Working with this resin models is a bit different than regular injection molded plastics. Even our custom mix will be more brittle than traditional plastics. If any warping occurs on your parts you can use heat, such as hot water or a hair dryer to reset the part back to it's original shape. You may choose to scrape or cut small marks from the model such as sprue marks. When sanding any resins or plastic take precaution for the dust that may arise. Common super glue will work great for assembling models. Our parts are fully washed and cured by the time they ship.
FDM Printing Service
We also offer customers to inquire about our high quality FDM printing. FDM is often used as a more cost effective solution versus resin for large sized models such as terrain pieces. If you are looking at any custom printing commission of very large models we suggest this as one of your choices. Ask for more information!
Custom Requests
We happily accept parts swap custom requests of our regular store items. For example: If you want all the heads of an order to be of a single style, we can adjust for you. We can also adjust some parts style such as changing or removing icons from a piece as a custom order for you with an additional fee for 3D modeling commission work. If you want models left on a sprue we can do this for you. Furthermore we can accommodate some custom model production requests. This is usually done as a you supply the 3D model and we produce it as a custom order for you. Contact us with any of these requests and we will return correspondence with more information for you.
Care for the Environment
Materials used in the production of your models are purified, cleansed and recycled. There is virtually no waste created in our workshop. Used spirits are distilled and reused. Any resin exposed materials are UV cured and properly treated. We care deeply for health and nature, and choose not to contribute to pollution of any kind wherever possible.
