All items shipped have package insurance. For any damages or missing packages we will work to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
We inspect every order and item before it is sent. However, if you are missing any items or discover a wrong item has replaced one of your intended items please contact us as soon as you are able and we will correct this as well.
Every item is produced special for your order, so we do not normally take returns. However if after discussion with Sovereign Prints staff a conditional return is accepted it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping, and return the full contents of the discussed items in good condition to receive a refund. This does not pertain to damages or lost packages, which we will fully cover under insurance and replace. If an item is sent back to us without request and discussion a refund will not likely be issued.
Custom orders are not subject to any refund. When contacting us for a custom order please work with us closely to ensure what arrives to you is exactly how you want it before we send it.
We will notify you when a return is received and let you know if is is approved. If an approval is granted you will receive refund on your original payment method. It can take time as credit cards and banks process the refund.
